Immune Supporting Tea Recipe

This easy to make Ginger Turmeric tea has been used to help boost your immune system! Make a batch and store in the fridge. Enjoy hot or cold.

  • Cutting Board
  • Knife for Chopping
  • Grater
  • Stovetop Pot
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Strainer
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 Lemon Peel (Peel of 1 Lemon)
  • 2 Inch Piece of Ginger (Grated or Sliced)
  • 2 Inch Piece of Turmeric (Graded or Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  1. Wash and peel 1 Lemon

  2. Properly wash and thinly slice or grate a 2 inch piece of Ginger

  3. Properly wash and thinly slice or grate a 2 inch piece of Turmeric

  4. Add 4 cups of water to a pot on low heat

  5. Add the juice of 1 lemon, lemon peel, Ginger, Turmeric and Black Pepper

  6. Let simmer for 5 minutes

  7. Add honey to taste

  8. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes
