We know that it is important to know when your package of herbal teas and tea accessories will be on their way and how it will arrive. At True Tea Lovers we strive to get your order out the door and get it to you as quickly as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders will be processed within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow up to 3 business days. We do not process orders over the weekends or on federally observed holidays.
Standard Shipping in USA
Standard shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in the USA.
True Tea Lovers reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing standard shipping. Please expect 3-7 business day delivery times for Standard Shipping
Expedited Shipping in USA
Expedited shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in the USA.
True Tea Lovers reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders. If your order is received before 12 noon, it will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day. This excludes holidays and weekends.
Free Shipping for Orders Over $59 in USA
Free shipping is available for all orders over $59 with a delivery address in the USA. Exemptions include the following: International Locations, TrueTeaLovers Collection

How do I track my orders?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. You can use the tracking number and visit the carrier’s website and through them you’ll find options to receive live updates about your shipment.

Does True Tea Lovers Ship Internationally?
Currently we do ship orders internationally, however, we have encountered various issues with international order fulfillment. For these reasons, international orders are non-refundable and, furthermore, True Tea Lovers LLC. will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of the USA.
True Tea Lovers LLC will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://truetealovers.com). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.
Our website is only intended for residents of the United States.

I Made A Mistake When Placing My Order. Can I cancel it?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed.
It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships out, however, once it has been shipped, we are unable to intercept it or change any delivery details. If we are unable to assist with an order correction before the order is processed, please review our returns and refunds policy and if you need additional assistance, please reach out to our awesome Customer Support Team.
