We understand that tea preferences are very personal, and one person’s favorite tea may not be another person’s favorite tea. We encourage our customers to experiment with steeping methods. Often a “problem” is fixed by simply adjusting the water temperature, steeping time, or tea quantity.
If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right through remedying your concern, by providing a product replacement or exchange of similar value.

- Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser.
- Additional shipping fees may not be refundable.
- Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.
To return an item, please ship it back to us within 45 days of your purchase. Be sure to include a note with the shipment explaining the reason for the return, your name, and order number. Additionally, please tell us if you would prefer to exchange the item or receive store credit.* Please note: shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order.
