Q: HOW DO I JOIN THE REWARD POINTS PROGRAM?
A: Head to our Rewards Program Page to join for free! Simply create an account or log in using your existing customer account. You will begin earning points on every single purchase made at www.truetealovers.com starting 2/26/22.
Q: HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN ON PURCHASES?
A: You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at www.truetealovers.com. Please note that this excludes purchases made using gift cards.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?
A: Points cannot be earned on Gift Card purchases unless explicitly stated in an email, SMS, or other promotion.
Q: ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO EARN POINTS?
A: Once you create your Rewards Program Account, you will begin earning points on every purchase. Additionally, you can earn 30 points on your birthday, 5 points for following True Tea Lovers on Facebook and Instagram, 5 points for providing a comment/review on purchased items etc. To see the full list, visit our Rewards Program page
PLEASE NOTE: To redeem your social media points, you will need to message us from the platform with your True Tea Lovers account name. We know that not everyone uses their full name on Social Media so we don’t want you to miss out on these points.
Q: HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORK?
A: There are two ways to redeem referral points. If you share your referral link (Found in your account under “Reward Points”), you will receive 5 points if the user signs up. If the person continues on to make a purchase, you will receive 20 points.
Q: DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
A: Unused points will expire 1 year after they are accrued.
Q: DOES THE YEAR START ON JANUARY 1 OR IS IT A ROLLING CALENDAR?
A: 1 year begins on the date that you make your purchase. For example, points earned on 4/1/2022 would expire on 4/1/2023.
Q: CAN I GET RETROACTIVE POINTS FOR PURCHASES MADE BEFORE THE REWARDS PROGRAM WAS LAUNCHED?
A: Retroactive points cannot be added to your Rewards Account. You will only earn points on purchases made once you have created an account and the Rewards Program is live. Points can begin being accrued starting 2/26/22 onwards. The sooner you make an account, the sooner you’ll reap the benefits!
Q: HOW DOES THE V.I.P CLUB WORK
A: We are working on our membership program and will update this section shortly.
Q: HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
A: Once you have earned enough points to redeem a reward, you can enter the value in the Points area on the Cart or Checkout page or exchange them for a coupon. Coupons are available on the rewards page once you are logged in to your Rewards Account. When you have earned enough points to be eligible for a reward, simply ensure that you are logged into your account and you will be able to apply your points for money off at checkout.
You can exchange 100 points for a $5 coupon, 200 points for a $10 coupon, and 300 points for a $15 coupon. Coupons are redeemable only at www.truetealovers.com when there is a minimum of $20 worth of product in your cart. Please note that you may have to refresh the page once you “apply” your points for the discount to be reflected in your cart.
Q: ARE THERE OTHER PERKS ASIDE FROM EARNING POINTS AND MOVING UP IN THE V.I.P MEMBERSHIP REWARDS PROGRAM?
A: Yes! Currently, VIP members will have early access to sales, along with being the first to learn about new products and initiatives. Additionally, we will be rolling out incentives in the months to come, so join now to make sure you don’t miss out!
