Loose Leaf: Black tea, Blueberries, Cornflower petals, Blackberry leaves, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant).
Steeping Instructions
Tea Bags: Bring cold water to a boil. Add one heaping tea- spoon of tea leaves per cup. Pour over leaves, steep 3-6 minutes, and strain
Loose Leaf: Heat water to 100ºC/212ºF. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Steep for 4-5 minutes

Tea Bag: Black tea characteristically has the most caffeine of all the tea types. One of the reasons for this is a longer infusion time, but also due to the longer oxidation time and final firing production step.
