Steeping Instructions
Start with cold water and bring water to a boil. Add herbs, one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. For iced herbal infusions, add one level tablespoon. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 4-6 minutes.
Caffeine Level
Herbal teas such as, chamomile, ginger and peppermint contain no caffeine at all. This is because these types of teas are not made from the camellia sinensis plant as most teas.
