Immune Supporting Tea Recipe
This easy to make Ginger Turmeric tea has been used to help boost your immune system! Make a batch and store in the fridge. Enjoy hot or cold.
- Cutting Board
- Knife for Chopping
- Stovetop Pot
- Wooden Spoon
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Lemon (squeezed)
- 1 Lemon Peel (Peel of 1 Lemon)
- 2 Inch Piece of Ginger (Grated or Sliced)
- 2 Inch Piece of Turmeric (Graded or Sliced)
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Wash and peel 1 Lemon
Properly wash and thinly slice or grate a 2 inch piece of Ginger
Properly wash and thinly slice or grate a 2 inch piece of Turmeric
Add 4 cups of water to a pot on low heat
Add the juice of 1 lemon, lemon peel, Ginger, Turmeric and Black Pepper
Let simmer for 5 minutes
Add honey to taste
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes
